Farming Old School is for some a way of life, others just a dream.
We have made it our reality.
This is our homage to the School Gardening Movement that arose during the Progressive Era (1890–1920), a time of passionate calls for political reform and social betterment. Gardens were seen as a way to get city children out of crowded and unhealthy tenements, to teach them to appreciate nature, and to instill a sense of civic responsibility.
Help us sow the seeds of restoration and fix up this 103-year-old school and make our community blossom.
